2. Use License

Upon purchasing assets from BudleAssets, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the assets in your projects, subject to the following conditions:

Assets may be used in unlimited personal and commercial projects
Assets may not be resold, redistributed, or sublicensed
Assets may not be included in other asset packs or templates for resale
Credit is appreciated but not required

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All assets, graphics, and content on BudleAssets are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The purchase of assets grants you a license to use them, not ownership of the intellectual property.

5. Limitation of Liability

BudleAssets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
